The foundation is organized for humanitarian benefits and educational purposes.

The purpose of the project is to provide a platform for education, humanitarian, medical assistance, disaster relief and educational purposes.

CAS Foundation, Inc.

Helping humanitarian and relief organizations fulfill their missions.   Our services are available to both secular and faith based organizations.

The use of ships and aircraft are offered to benevolent organizations to assist them in their charitable efforts.

These assets are offered without distinction to both secular and faith-based organizations.

Additionally, aircraft and other support equipment are available as needed for humanitarian projects.

The only expense to these organizations is a reimbursement of expenses incurred. Donations and volunteers are solicited to minimize the expenses to these organizations.

CAS Foundation's ships and aircraft possess unique capabilities and multi-task potential.   When available to use in conjunction, one with another, they posses a value that exceeds that of the individual components.

These aircraft may be used in support of governmental, charitable and religious organizations to deliver food medicines, water treatment equipment, trucks and heavy equipment required in remote operations.

Our ships will have on-board lab facilities for potable water analysis to hopefully  help reduce the 13,600 daily needless deaths--80% of which are children--from contaminated water.   The ships also will have vision and immunization clinics as well as trauma treatment capabilities. We are also seeking the donation of a small eyeglass lab similar to that in some stores so that some eye care needs can be handled on the spot.

CAS Foundation will provide capabilities and services not otherwise available to help people--especially children--in need.

1.   The Mallow is equipped with a 20 ton crane that can lift cargo onto the deck where it can be secured for the trip.   It can handle both CONEX boxes that are used for shipping and other items such as palletized cargo and vehicles that might need to be transported.

2.   The Mallow can sleep up to 50 persons in two areas that are complete with bunks, shower and bathroom facilities.   For a group that would take this to an area for relief work, they can live aboard while working in an undeveloped area.  They can have meals on board and in areas where the water is questionable or not safe, the Mallow carries its own water supply.

3.   The Mallow generates its own power.   There are three separate generators that can each generate power that is required by the Mallow.   This gives extra power for the proposed equipment on board that would be used in the medical area that we are proposing to expand.   The Mallow is also equipped with power connections that would enable this power to be transferred to shore.

4.   The Mallow is to be set up with a area for medical exam and treatment in consultation with doctors and other medical professionals.

5.   The Mallow is not limited in its abilities, it is an ocean going vessel with 13,000 mile un-refueled range, and yet only needs approximately 18 feet of water due to its outstanding design.

Your donations to assist with this mission are greatly appreciated.   It also allows us to reduce the cost to the groups that need these services by combining several uses into one mission.

Glenn Hissong will be most happy to discuss your needs or donations and how we may best serve.

Left, Here is the cargo deck as seen from the front looking toward the rear.  As you can see the 20 ton crane covers the whole well deck.

Right, ready to go to work.
